WILLIAM (BILL) BARSANTI graduated with honors in Economics at the University of California, Berkeley, 1948; achieved Masters degree in Business Administration and instructor in accounting at same university (1949); also attended the University of Southern California and Vanderbilt University (ASTP program); occasional lecturer at seminars, universities, etc

He is presently the Sole Director of Arthur Andersen International SpA, Rome, as well as engaged in occasional business and international tax consulting activities and a statutory auditor of several Italian companies.

His prior professional activities include:

Arthur Andersen & Co., auditing and special services activities in the USA and various countries since 1949, including Mexico (1954), France (1955-1959), Italy (since 1959) and a partner of the firm from 1960 to 1985; founder and/or responsible for the development of its offices in Italy, Belgium, Norway, Spain, Switzerland and Greece; in charge of its International Business Development Program in New York (1967-1970); in charge of Rome office (1970-1979); retired 1985.

Managing Director of several Italian and U.S. companies, including: Telemontecarlo Television, Rome/Montecarlo (1986-1988); Fiamm Technologies, Cadillac, MI (President/ director,1989-1998); Consumers Glass S.r.l., Teramo (1996-1998); Hotel Hassler S.p.A., Rome (2000).

Board member and treasurer, Tevereterno Onlus (non-profit), since 2004.

Inscribed in the rolls of Certified Public Accountants (USA), and the Italian Register of Auditors.
